Great place to bring your vehicle. They got me in same day I was having issues. Great price too. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I was recommended high by the Ford Dealership to get my 2011 Ford Crown Victoria police Interceptor as it needed a new one . The warranty is great and came in handy as in a week the Fuel Pump was defective. We were treated fairly and Appreciated the Uber Ride back home . We did Not have to wait just professional all The way. Brian K Bailey of Erie Pennsylvania

I’ve only been here one time for my inspection, so some may not find this review helpful as I didn’t have any work done. I called on a Wednesday to ask about getting my emissions test and inspection done. Johnathan was very friendly and was able to schedule me two days later (there was better availability if I didn’t have to stay and wait while they inspected). I didn’t get the name of the man who greeted me and kept me informed but he was also so friendly and professional - just a really nice dude. Sometimes mechanics can be a little standoffish and make you feel unwelcome but I didn’t get that at all. My inspection took an hour and a half, with me being there a total of 2 hours. I paid around $65, was informed of some maintenance things that could be tended to as well as photos emailed to me so I could see a visual of their concerns. I opted to not take them up on any of that yet. When I got my car back they had washed it, hung an air freshener, and filled my windshield washer fluid. I thought that was very nice of them. The waiting room is huge with several areas to sit, a TV, a coffee bar, and even a couple of arcade style games. Very clean and welcoming. While I haven’t gone h

Had to bring our vehicle in for inspection, and as you know most places charge you a lot and do very little on your vehicle. Chris and Matt were the 2 I was in contact with. These 2 guys are professional and took the time to explain what and why the repairs needed done. The mechanics did a great job on are vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the work done right with professional, and friendly service.

I can’t thank the team at Harrell Automotive enough for saving the day! I realized at the very last minute that my oil change was overdue since October of last year and I had a 2 hour drive to Pittsburgh scheduled for the very next day. I called in after finding their page and seeing all the great reviews. Matt was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite the short notice he managed to fit me in first thing in the morning and they had everything finished and ready to go by 4:00. I also really appreciated that Matt took the time to suggest a few maintenance items that should be addressed over time to keep my vehicle in great working order. He wasn't pushy at all. You can really tell that they are professional, honest, and genuinely care about their customer's safety and the longevity of their cars. If you’re looking for a shop that is kind, reliable, and does great work, I highly recommend Harrell Automotive! Thanks again, Matt!
